News of the World

A MAFIA boss this week arranged my illegal wedding to a Russian call girl so she can stay in Britain. In return I get £5,000 and all the kinky sex I can manage. It is the tip of a huge racket using rented British grooms to sidestep Home Secretary David Blunkett's new clampdown on sham marriages.

My 'fiancee', who fully expects to be my wife in the next few days, is Alona Samoluka. That's her at the top of this page, writhing naked on black satin in a picture from her internet site. Her speciality is corporal punishment. To be honest, I'm not too bothered if she gets slap-happy on honeymoon because I won't be there.

I'll be too busy preparing a dossier on Alona and her Russian Mafia masters. Bribe I was alerted to the scam by an ex-con named Thomas Halloran (aka Paul O'Mahoney Bernards older brother) who married a 28-year old Stringfellow's lapdancer called Olena Melnyk at Newham register office in London.

Little realising I worked for the News of the World he let slip: "I was really hard up so I went for it. I got paid £3,000 in cash. "I know the gang arranged bogus marriages for at least six of her friends with British lads."

I persuaded Halloran that I could do with the money too, so he took me to Gallia Textiles, a haberdashery shop in east London's Whitechapel. It is a front for the illegal marriage scam. Simon Kogan and his partner Antonio Russo real name Antonov arrange weddings for a stream of Eastern bloc girls who arrive in Britain on tourist or student visas.

Kogan, a fat bald man with a goatee beard, asked me: "Do you want to make some money? Which passport do you have? Are you married?" He explained that the marriages would take place in Russia or Latvia where formalities are more lax and officials are easily bribed. "You get £5,000 half on the wedding day with an all expenses-paid holiday, tickets, hotels, everything," he said.

"You have to marry the girl in Russia and bring her back as your wife. You have a wedding there, get her a visa as your wife and you come back with the girl." Russo added: "Once you're back in Britain you go to a solicitor with your new wife and all your documents are sent to the Home Office.

Then after two or three weeks you get your documents back and as soon as she gets a one-year visa you get the rest of your money. And every time she needs you to go to see solicitors or the Home Office she'll pay you £80 as a bonus. The more times she needs you, the more money you get." Kogan, who lives in Ilford, Essex, and drives a turbo-charged Mercedes, chipped in: "After one and a half years you can get divorced.

We pay for that as well. Then you can marry another one and make even more money." I left them a phone number and the following day Kogan rang to tell me I had a fiancee! Stunning blonde Alona arrived at Gallia Textiles in a minicab.

She was wearing a fur coat over a blouse that struggled heroically against the overwhelming odds of her 36DD boobs. Kogan spoke to her in Russian before turning to me. "This is your wife!" he announced with a huge grin.

Alona, 21, spelled out the deal: "I will pay you £5,000 to marry me in Latvia," she purred. "It'll take two weeks, but you will have a nice holiday and I will pay for everything." It was crystal clear that my 'nice holiday' would also include the full range of deviant sex that Alona practises on clients.

Visa She works in London as a £250-an-hour call girl and calls herself 'Victoria'. Alona told me: "We need to know about each other. We have to make a story about how we met. Then we can talk in the interview for the visa when we get back."

The following day Mafia man Russo summoned another undercover reporter, introduced by me, to his drapery shop. "I have a girl for you to marry," he said. "Come and meet her." Russo bundled our reporter into Kogan's Mercedes and drove to Liverpool Street station where he introduced a blonde Russian girl called Elaina.

The gang have been organising marriages for the last three years. They currently organise at least three bogus marriages a week with brides paying the Mafia about £7,000 a time. But Alona, already in Latvia awaiting her 'groom', must do without me.
