On 8 September 2004 the court considered an application
for an injunction
The Court ordered that Bernard O'Mahoney is forbidden
(whether by himself or by instructing or encouraging any
other person) See attached Rider
This order shall remain in force until the 7 October 2004
at 11:59 PM or earlier service of any further order.
There shall be substituted service of the application
and order made by posting them through the letterbox of
*** Peterborough, together with a copy of this order.
The court is satisfied that (the conduct which is prohibited
by this injunction, consists of or includes the use or
threatened use of violence) (there is a significant risk
of harm to a person towards whom conduct prohibited by
this injunction is directed)
A power of arrest is attached to terms (1.1-1.4) of this
injunction whereby any constable may under the power given
in section 91 of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003, arrest
without warrant the defendant if the constable has reasonable
cause for suspecting the defendant is in breach of any
of those terms of this injunction)

The Defendant is forbidden whether by himself, or by instructing,
encouraging or allowing any other person from:
1.1 Threatening or causing actual violence to the Claimant's
employees, agents or contractors;
1.2 Causing a nuisance or annoyance to the Claimant's
employees, agents or contractors;
1.3 Approaching Ian Sheldon in any way whatsoever;
1.4 Entering and/or remaining at the Claimant Association's
premises at Acton Court, Acton Gate, Staffordshire, ST18
9AP.
A Power of Arrest be attached to paragraphs 1.1 - 1.4
