At 11:53 today Tuesday 10th May 2005 I handed to DC 1220 GURNEY my Mobile Telephone and SIM card number 07710758620. I refer to these items as my exhibit KHJ/1. This is the same phone referred to in my statement dated 01/05/05 owned by me and to which Adrian FOSTER and Patrick Bernard OMAHONEY made calls, text messages and voicemail messages.

I submit the phone that Lincolnshire Police may examine it and authorise them or anyone acting on their behalf to recover data held therein. This includes transcripts of text messages, phone book log and records of received and sent calls as well as audio recording and written transcripts of voicemail messages.
