is true to the best of my knowledge and belief and I make
it knowing that, if it is tendered in evidence, I shall
be liable to prosecution if I have wilfully stated anything
in it, which I know to be false or do not believe to be
true.

At 1524 hours on Saturday 30 August 2003 I was on duty
at Spalding Police Station with DC 1076 ROBERTS when we
interviewed Bernard O'MAHONEY. The interview was tape
recorded, exhibit RGR1T refers. At 1554 hours the interview
was concluded and the tapes sealed.
At 1635 hours the same day we again interviewed Mr O'MAHONEY.
This was also tape recorded, exhibit RGR2T refers. At
1715 hours the interview was suspended to change the tapes
and resumed at 1716 hours. At 1730 hours the interview
was concluded and the tapes sealed. |
