RICKY JOHN PERCIVAL, KEVIN NIGEL WALSH AND KATY GRIFFITHS are charged as follows:
STATEMENT OF OFFENCE
MURDER, contrary to common law.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
RICKY JOHN PERCIVAL on the 27th day of February 2001 murdered Dean Fergus Boshell.
STATEMENT OF OFFENCE
CONSPIRACY TO DO AN ACT TENDING AND INTENDED TO PERVERT THE COURSE OF PUBLIC JUSTICE, contrary to section 1(1) of the Criminal Law Act 1977.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
RICKY JOHN PERCIVAL, KEVIN NIGEL WALSH and KATY GRIFFITHS between the 26th day of February 2001 and the 6th day of March 2001, with intent to pervert the course of public justice, conspired together and with Damon Alvin to do an act which had a tendency to pervert the course of public justice in that they agreed to lie about the whereabouts of Damon Alvin and Ricky John Percival during the evening of 27th February 2001.
STATEMENT OF OFFENCE
CONSPIRACY TO DO AN ACT TENDING AND INTENDED TO PERVERT THE COURSE OF PUBLIC JUSTICE, contrary to section 1(1) of the Criminal Law Act 1977.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
RICKY JOHN PERCIVAL, between the 20th day of October 2004 and the 25th day of September 2005, conspired together with Damon Alvin and another to pervert the course of public justice by preventing C J McLaughlin from attending court to give evidence at his trial.
STATEMENT OF OFFENCE
CONSPIRACY TO STEAL, contrary to section 1(1) of the Criminal Law Act 1977.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
RICKY JOHN PERCIVAL, between the 1st day of February 2001 and the 28th day of February 2001, conspired together with Damon Alvin and Dean Boshell to steal cannabis of a value unknown belonging to a person unknown.
STATEMENT OF OFFENCE
ATTEMPTED MURDER, contrary to section 1(1) of the Criminal Attempts Act 1981.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
RICKY JOHN PERCIVAL, on the 12th day of June 1999, attempted to murder Raymond Tretton.
STATEMENT OF OFFENCE
ATTEMPTED MURDER, contrary to section 1(1) of the Criminal Attempts Act 1981.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
RICKY JOHN PERCIVAL, on the 12th day of June 1999, attempted to murder Stuart Tretton.
STATEMENT OF OFFENCE
ATTEMPTED MURDER, contrary to section 1(1) of the Criminal Attempts Act 1981.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
RICKY JOHN PERCIVAL, on the 12th day of June 1999, attempted to murder Jenny Dickinson.
STATEMENT OF OFFENCE
POSSESSION OF A FIREARM WITH INTENT TO ENDANGER LIFE, contrary to section 16 of the Firearms Act 1968.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
RICKY JOHN PERCIVAL, on the 12th day of June 1999, together with Damon Alvin, had in his possession a firearm, namely a 'Savage Stevens' pump-action 12 bore shortened shotgun, with the intent to endanger life.
STATEMENT OF OFFENCE
ROBBERY, contrary to section 8(1) of the Theft Act 1968.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
RICKY JOHN PERCIVAL, on the 20th day of August 1999, together with Damon Alvin, robbed Alan Ashley of £2,000.
STATEMENT OF OFFENCE
POSSESSION OF A FIREARM WITH INTENT TO COMMIT AN INDICTABLE OFFENCE, contrary to section 18(1) of the Firearms Act 1968.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
RICKY JOHN PERCIVAL, on the 20th day of August 1999, together with Damon Alvin, had with him a firearm or imitation firearm, namely a silver handgun, with the intent to commit an indictable offence, namely robbery.
