HARDMAN Dave Courtney hobbles out of hospital on designer
black and gold crutches - vowing to find the hitmen who
failed to kill him. The villain-turned-actor was in a
a coma for six days after being forced off the road at
70mph by a car which "came outof nowhere".
And after almost four months in hospital, the only thing
on the 43- year-old's mind is revenge. He said: "I
know who it was - and I'll get even. They've taken on
the wrong man." Dave suffered a broken pelvis, punctured
lung, four broken ribs and a broken foot in the murder
bid as he drove home to Plumstead, south-east London.
Minders kept a constant guard in hospital in Dartford,
Kent. Dave said: "It was always at the back of my
mind that someone, somewhere wants me dead." Wife
Jennifer, 30, said: "I'm just grateful he made it
out alive." |
