Dear Mr. O'Mahoney
Thank you for your email of 20th November. I have indeed
commented on the action brought against you in June of
this year and i have recently spoken to an American journalist
who was writing about the case.
I agree that Mr. Armstrong's action against you makes
a mockery of the law and moreover set a dangerous precedent
should his case succeed. I have raised the issue with
the Home Secretary and i will of course write to you as
soon as i have received his reply.
