SERIAL killer Peter Sutcliffe’s trip to Cumbria
cost tax payers more than £2,000.
The Yorkshire Ripper’s visit to the South Lakeland
village of Arnside to mourn his father cost £2,250,
a Home Office minister has revealed.
Sutcliffe, 58, who murdered 13 women and maimed seven
others during his reign of terror from 1975 to 1981,
was let out of Broadmoor a for the trip fortnight ago.
Four nurses accompanied him at the cost £1,800
and two police officers from Cumbria also attended costing
