EVIL serial killer Peter Sutcliffe claims a top psychiatrist
has told him he is no longer a danger to the public.
Sutcliffe, known as the Yorkshire Ripper after he murdered
13 women, made the chilling claim in a letter to a pen-pal.
He wrote excitedly about Broadmoor's consultant psychiatrist
Andrew Horne.
The 54-year-old, who was told he would serve at least
30 years when he was sentenced in 1981, said: "At
my last mental health review tribunal, Dr Horne told
them that he no longer considered me a danger to anyone!
"I was pleased about that as he was so right."
The former gravedigger blamed "voices from God"
for making him kill. |
