Further to my statement dated 151295 regarding my sighting of a male wearing a balaclava near to the A130 road on 061295 I wish to add the following.

On Monday 181295 about 1715 hours I was with Sergeant SANDFORD and Constable CHAPPLE of Essex Police when we drove along the route I had taken on the night of the 060000.

At that time on viewing the area I pointed out the rough place I had seen this person although the weather conditions were different to what the had been on the 060000.

The area I pointed to I would estimate was about quarter mile from the main roundabout leading to the A130 and it was before the built up area.
