I live at the address overleaf which is a residential area on Canvey Island. I live at this address with my two young children. About 2230 hours on Wednesday 061295 I went to bed which is situated at the front of my house.

Sometime before 2345 hours I heard three large bangs which come from somewhere in the area. These three bangs were immediately after each other.

I believed the sounds to be shotgun being fired. I have heard this sound before as I have been to many country shows in the past and have heard the sound before.

I did not go and investigate the sound because I thought it was somebody shooting ducks.
