I am the above described person and I reside at the address overleaf. I am the director of a car body repair shop named Riverside Panelcraft, 21, Purdeys Way Rochford Essex. SS4 1NF. On Friday 241195 I received a telephone call, and as a result of this call I sent two employees to Eastern garage along A13 opposite The Five Bells pub.

They collected a 928 Porche S4 the index being 9TT and it was black. There was damage to the rear of the vehicle and the front. It was brought to my workshop in order that the damage could be repaired. The damage was repaired and the vehicle completely valeted, the estimated cost of this work is about five thousand pounds.

From the vehicle was removed the following items, a number of plastic membership cards for Atlas Health and Fitness Centre one of which I produce (CBW/1). A business card for Chris GEORGE (CBW/2). A scrap of paper with the details of Ken DACEY (CBW/3).

A prison visiting order (CBW/4). A map book for the Colchester/Clacton area (CBW/5). At 1100 hours on Monday 111295 I handed these items to DC 768 BROCHEN. It was as a result of the personalised number plate that the question was asked who owns the vehicle. This is how we know it belonged to Tony TUCKER.
