Re: Custody Record 16070/99. This is now the fourth time I have written to you requesting evidence, the last time being on 21st July 99. The CPS also inform me that they are also having difficulty in obtaining this from you.

Could you please forward me copies of the following or give me your reasons for with holding these items from me, so that I can apply to Magistrates for an order to be made.

Dr Luke's examination book 277, page 42 entry made on 18.5.99 referred to on C/R 42BI/1607/99.

Patrol Sergeant 1115 Nichols pocket book and P.C 30841 Wades pocket book for the period 03.am to 05.am on 18.5.99

Custody Suite video for the period of 03.00am to 05.00am and 1 15.00hrs to 15.45hrs on the 18.5.99

The interview tape of a man known as "Gaffer" arrested in relation to this alleged offence on 18.5.99

A complete copy of CCTV Video marked RTR3/RT.

A copy of the statement made by the person who produced the edited CCTV video.
