About 1430 hrs on Thursday 071295 I was on duty in full uniform in company with PC 921 DOWSETT when we attended a track off of Workhouse Lane, Rettendon, Essex, near to White House Farm. There I assisted in the preservation of a scene. At this time I was allocated duties near to a metal gate.

We were later joined by a PC PRIDMORE. After this we alternated positions between the scene and the junction of the track with Workhouse Lane. About 2215 hrs the same day those duties were concluded when we passed responsibilities onto other officers.
