About midday one day last week between Monday 041295 and Friday 081295 I can't remember exactly which one. At this time I was driving my white Ford Cortina Estate motor vehicle index number XLY15X along the A130, London Road, Rettendon in the direction of Southend on Sea.

On the left hand bend just after the dual-carriageway there is a garage on the right handside of the road. At this place I could see what looked like to me a white coloured vehicle which I would describe as being a golf buggy. This was in a field on the left handside of the road and quite a distance of the road.

There was a man standing next to the buggy who I would describe as male who was wearing dark clothing and some sort of hat. This man was walking back towards the buggy.
