I have been asked by the Police for details of other persons who used my land for the purposes of shooting game. In the course of supervising both duck and pheasants shoots on my land I keep a list of persons who shoot on given days. The shooting partys are made up of six people on most occasions.

There are times when the partys may be less. I do not have addresses or phone numbers for all these persons, but I keep the names. There is usually a phone number for one person of the group that I use for contact purposes. I keep a list of these people in a small hardback book which I can produce as Exh Ref PDT/2.

On the 281285 I handed this book to PC537 CHAPPLE of the Essex Police. I have since indicated on photocopys of this book the person to contact for further details of individuals making up the shooting partys. I have retained the original book.
