I am the above described person and I reside at the address overleaf. I am a company director of Excel Security Ltd, 51, Lower Rd Sutton Surrey. In about 000900 or 001095 my office would have received a registration form from Antony TUCKER requesting a body guard training course.

This consists of a two day course called, basic induction course. TUCKER was allocated a course which ran on the 040000 and 051195.

These dates would have been chosen by him from a selection of about three or four courses. TUCKER attended this course during which he completed an application form, supplied passport sized photographs and at the end of the course completed a written test.

I produce a copy of these documents (PRGM/1). TUCKER passed the basic course and as a result would have been invited to attend the intermediate course which starts on 150196. However nothing more was heard from him.
