On Tuesday the 18th of May 1999, I was on duty in full uniform in company with Special Constable 5756 MOTT. At about 01.40 hrs owing to information received I attended the Security Office of Festival Leisure Park.

I then seized a video marked RTR3/R2. I can produce this as exhibit PON/1. This was then taken to Basildon Police Station and booked into the Miscellaneous Property Register.
