I am the above described person and I reside at the address overleaf. At about 1815 hours on Wednesday 061295 I was travelling along the A130 from Chelmsford towards Rettendon.

As I passed the A12 flyover there is a dead end side road on the left. Parked in this road facing the A130 was a cherry red Escort possibly an E reg.

There were two male occupants the driver being white late 20's to early 30's, dark hair and a moustache. The passenger being white with no further description.

This side road is approximately 3-4 miles from White House Farm. However it did look suspicious as the vehicle was very clean, unlike the majority of the vehicles on the road at that time, which were dirty due to the weather conditions.

One other thing about the vehicle is that it had colour coded wing mirrors.
