??/??/?? - Transcript of telephone conversation between Bernard O'Mahoney and Lisa Taylor

Bernard:
Hello

Lisa:
Hello

Bernard:
Who's that?

Lisa:
Lisa

Bernard:
Alright Lee

Lisa:
Alright

Bernard:
How are ya

Lisa:
Not to bad, what about you

Bernard:
Not bad

Lisa:
Good

Lisa:
Right you asked for one of us to phone.

Bernard:
Yeah.

Lisa:
Yeah.

Bernard:
Ray.

Bernard:
I ain't stupid right, I definately aint stupid.

Lisa:
Right first of all

Bernard:
Yeah.

Lisa:
Right that phone call was made from here.

Bernard:
Yeah.

Lisa:
On December the 8th.

Bernard:
Yeah.

Lisa:
Because Ray was getting phone calls at his club.

Bernard:
Yeah.

Lisa:
So he pressed

Bernard:
Yeah.

Lisa:
No wait a minute, he pressed 1471, asked me to phone to find out if I recognised the voice, and it turned out to be you, and thats the only phone call thats been made from here. As far as anything else goes I don't know nothing about it.

Bernard:
Right so your saying you know nothing at all about it end of story.

Lisa:
Yeah I'm telling you that I phoned ....

Bernard:
Whats he saying then.

Lisa:
He's not here

Bernard:
Ray.

Lisa:
He's not here... he's out with his mates at the moment.

Bernard:
And whats he said about it then.

Lisa:
We don't know anything about, as far.....

Bernard:
Right fair enough, if you don't know nothing about it, he knows nothing about it, no one from your family knows nothing about it.

Lisa:
Well no basically.

Bernard:
Alright fair enough.

Lisa:
What do you mean fair enough

Bernard:
Well cause i Know differently, I can prove differently.

Lisa:
This is really ...

Bernard:
Right if you don't wanna be straight right, you might not Know but I, I, I do know he knows.

Lisa:
This is, this is really silly, i'm telling you that I made that phone call to find out who it was

Bernard:
I keep, I keep

Lisa:
And you answered the phone.

Bernard:
I keep, I don't think so.

Lisa:
So it was

Bernard:
I Keep my mouth shut right

Lisa:
What do you mean you don't think so

Bernard:
I don't bother no one right, for 12 months I've had grief, right

Lisa:
Don't bother for 12 months , what are you talking about.

Bernard:
And the past couple of months its got worse, right so 'Ive decided to do something about it, I know who's dunnit, right, I know everytime he's dunnit, I Know where he's dunnit from, or, I know everything about it, right, I told Ray, when he started goobin off on the phone, the other night, what he's gonna do, what he's gonna do,when I started going down there, he told his mates at the club I'd threatened his wife an he had to go home and protect her and run off right so if your all putting your hands up and saying we know nothing, then what I'm gonna do now won't affect ya, cause it aint you is it, right.

Lisa:
What

Bernard:
Who evers dunnit, I know whos dunnit, I've given him an opportunity to admit it, their saying it aint me, so the next, I'll just carry on with the next step.

Lisa:
Listen we Know how this all works, cause mum, mum and dad were getting phone calls last year and they had a trace put on their phone

Bernard:
Yeah

Lisa:
And they found out who it was

Bernard:
Yeah

Lisa:
Right and they just got their number changed, and they could have prosecuted but they just put it to one side.

Bernard:
It wasn't me

Lisa:
I haven't

Bernard:
No.

Lisa:
Did i say it was you

Bernard:
No.

Lisa:
I'm just saying i know who it was.

Bernard:
Yeah.

Lisa:
So we know how it all works.

Bernard:
I aint talking about prosecuting people, I'm talking about doing something about it, so their saying it aint them, so like I'm saying end of story, i don't need to talk to you ever again.

Lisa:
What.

Bernard:
I Know, right, who's dunnit right, I've given the opportunity to apologise right, their saying it aint them, so i'm saying fair enough, I'll do what I gotta do theres no need for me to talk anymore.

Lisa:
Alright then, thats fair enough.

Bernard:
Fair enough

Lisa:
I'm Just telling you I don't know what your talking about, I'm telling you I made the phone call to your house, to find out who it was that was phoning up where Ray works, and it turned out to be your number, that's why you've got a

Bernard:
That don't make sense Lisa.

Lisa:
What

Bernard:
If someone rings his work right, right and then you ring my house to see who it was, 1471 whatever my number aint gonna come up on your phone.

Lisa:
What you taiking about, he rang 1471 from where he works and your an that number he phoned to me and said ring it to find out if you recognise the voice.

Bernard:
I don't think so

Lisa:
An i phoned it and you answered the phone

Bernard:
Its fat boy who's making the calls then.

Lisa:
Listen the phone calls were coming from your house to his work.

Bernard:
I don t think so

Lisa:
They were

Bernard:
I rang there to speak to someone who deals with Tucker, right but he won't, he won't be working there after tonight anyway, that's the first step.

Lisa:
who won't be working there after tonight

Bernard:
He won't

Lisa:
What do you mean by that

Bernard:
Cause I'm gonna ring Tucker in a minute and get it stopped straight away, I told you i aint been bothering him, now he's bothering me, now i'm gonna start doing something about it.

Lisa:
Sigh.

Bernard:
He aint got the bollocks to admit what he's been doing, then fuck him.

Lisa:
This, this is unbelieveable.

Bernard:
it aint uubelieveable, he's starting, if someone, if someone does something to me, I'm fucked it I'm gonna sit down and do nothing about it right, I know whos dunnit right an he's, he's insulting my intelligence by saying he doesn't.

Lisa:
well I'm telling you I don't know nothing about nothing.
