Between 1805 and 1815 on Wednesday 070891, I took a sample
of head hair from Miss TAYLOR for evidence as a suspect
of murder, at the request of the police at Battersea Police
Station.
Prior to this sample taking, I identified myself, explained
the purpose and obtained Miss TAYLOR'S written consent,
and to such reports as may be necessary.
I found Miss TAYLOR to be calm and cooperative and I took
the following sample : SAMPLE TIME MY EXHIBIT NUMBER Plucked
head hair 1812 JBH78/1 I signed, labelled and sealed this
sample and handed it to WPC Smith and she signed for it
in my presence at 1813.
