Further To My Statements Dated 040691, 060691 And 110691, I Now Add The Following: In My Statement Dated 110691 I Made Reference To When Alison Was Going To Go Out On A Thursday Night, The Date I Quoted Was 210690.

It Should Have Been 210391, Alison And I Lived In A Room At 60 Lambeth Road, Se1 When We Returned From Honeymoon In Early 000790 Until The Beginning Of 000191, The 7Th I Think, When We Moved To Flat 3, 41 Vardens Road, Sw11.

There Were Some Nights, On A Not Too Regular Basis, When Alison Would Stay With Her Parents In Their North London Flat, The Address Of Which Is Known To Police. On Those Occasions I Stayed Either At 60 Lambeth Road Or At 41 Vardens Road.

Alison Liked To Visit Her Parents And Her Staying With Them Was Only For Safety Reasons So She Didn't Have To Travel Back Late At Night On Her Own. My Work At The Churchill Clinic Involved A Scheduled 40 Hour Week, Worked Between Monday And Friday, 0900 To 1700.

These 8 Hour Days Included An Hours Lunch Break Which Was Normally Taken Between 1200 And 1300, Although On The Odd Occasion This Lunch Period Changed For Work Reasons. As I Have Previously Explained, Each Monday Night, Or Tuesday If The Monday Was A Bank Holiday.

I Worked Extra Doing The Flower Arranging For The Clinic. I Was Paid Four Hours Overtime For Doing The Flower Arranging And It Would Normally Be About 2100 I Finished, Although On Occasions It Would Be Earlier.

Michelle Taylor Used To Help We, I Didn't Pay Her As Such, Nor Did The Clinic, I Just Paid For Things For Her, For Example I Paid For Her To Come To Alison's And My Wedding In Ireland, The Journey Between The Clinic And Vardens Road Involved My Walking To Waterloo, Getting A Train To Clapham Junction And Then Walking To Vardens Road.

This Journey Took, On Average, 40 To 45 Minutes Door To Door, Alison And I Never Had Any Financial Problems, She Earnt £12,000 Per Annum And I Earnt £10,500 So We Had Enough Money Between The Two Of Us, .'i Would Say That It Was In Early 000191 When Michelle Started To Help Me Do The Flower Arranging,

On These Occasions, Or At Least 75% Of Them She Would Give Me A Lift Home. She Always Used The Same Route, Which Was Lambeth Road, Embankment, Vauxhall Cross, Wandsworth Road, Lavender Hill, St John's Hill And Into Vardens Road,

This Was The Route She Followed On Monday 030691 And It Took Us About 15 Minutes On Average. On The 030691, As I Have Previously Said, Michelle Was Coming Into The Flat To Collect Some Flower Pots. One Of These Is Underneath The Kitchen Table, The Other Is In The Living Room In A Black Bag.

I Think. I Have Been Asked Whether It Was My Habit To Take Flowers Home Each Monday Night For Alison. It Wasn't An Every Monday Occurrence, But Happened Quite Frequently, I Have Been Asked About The Position In Which I Found Alison Lying On The 030691.

As I Remember, Her Head Was Almost On Top Of, Like Resting On Her Bag And It Was Slightly Inclined To The Left. I Didn't Move Her At All, I Put My Hand On Her Shoulder And Then On Her Arm And Felt A Stiffness About Her, I Also Tried To Find Her Pulse, But There Didn't Appear To Be One, I Did Pick Alison's Keys Up, They Were On The Living Room Side Of Her, I Don't Know Why I Did This, And Having Thought About It, I Still Don't Know Why.

When I First Saw Alison Her Skirt Was Kind Of Hitched Up Around Her Hips, And I Think It Was Michelle Who Pulled It Down, I Have No Knowledge As To Whether Michelle Went To The Toilet Before We Left The Churchill Clinic, However She Definitely Wished To Use The Toilet Once We Reached Vardens Road.

When Michelle Drove Down Vardens Road On 030691 There Was Nowhere To Park Outside Our Flat, So Michelle Drove To The End Of Vardens Road, Turned Left And Parked On The Left Just Around The Corner.

I Have Been Asked About Various Cash Withdrawals Made On The 050491, 080491, 090491, 100491, 290491 And 300491 And The 070591, 090591 And 100591, Alison And I Had Been To Jersey On Holiday On The Thursday Before Easter, Staying Over The Easter And Returning The Bank Holiday Easter Monday.

I Think Some Of The Withdrawals Were Made From The Abbey National Building Society And Paid Into My Current Account At Barclays Bank To Cover Cheques We Had Issued During Our Holiday, I Suppose The Holiday Cost About £600, Some Of The Other Money Was To Pay Bills.

I Should Say That My Salary Was Paid Into The Abbey National Building Society Account And I Would Transfer It To My Barclays Bank Account Where Necessary. On Sunday 020691 We, That Is Alison And I, Were At Alison's Mum And Dad's Flat, Having Gone There On The Saturday. We Left About 1700, Perhaps A Little Earlier.

On The Sunday And Went Straight To Vardens Road, Arriving At About 1800 Or Shortly Afterwards. We Went Out Later, About 2100 For A Couple Of Drinks, We Went To An Irish Pub In St John's Hill On The Left Going Toward Wandsworth And Just Before The One Way System, On The Sunday I Believe Alison Was Wearing.

I Think, A Red Sweatshirt But I Can't Be Absolutely Sure. I Was Wearing A Pair Of Jeans But I Can't Remember What Else, Between 1800 And 2100 We Didn't Leave The Flat, We Had A Cup Of Tea And Each Had A Bath, Alison And I Weren't In Spencer Road, Sw18 That Evening.

Alison Wasn't The Sort Of Girl Who Went Into A Pub On Her Own. She Would Go In With A Friend, But This Wasn't Very Often. I Have Been Asked What Pubs Alison Used In The Battersea Area If She Was With A Friend, I Can't Think Of Any Pub That She Has Been In With A Friend.

As For When She And I Went For A Drink, Besides The Pub I've Already Mentioned, We Used The Falcon At Clapham Junction, We Also Used The Big Pub In Battersea Rise, Just To The East Of The Traffic Lights At The Junction With Bolingbroke Grove.

I Don' T Know The Name Of The Pub, However, I Registered With A Doctor On Thursday 300591, I Registered With A Female Doctor, Foreign, Whose Surname Begins With A 'k'. Her Surgery Is At The Junction Of Vardens Road And St, John's Hill. I Actually Registered With Her On The Thursday Lunchtime, But I Haven't Actually Seen Her, I Had Been At Work That Day.

But I Had Made The Special Journey Down To The Doctors Because I Had Felt Unwell, Michelle Actually Drove Me Down To The Doctors, I Was Expecting To See The Doctor That Evening, But It Was After 1700 When I Did So, Later That Evening, Anne-Marie Walsh, Alison's First Cousin, Came To Stay With Us.
