On Wednesday 070891 I made a Statement to Police at Tooting Police Station, At the conclusion of the statement I was invited to read it over and if I agreed it was accurate to sign each page.

At the time I was unable to read it over as I wasn't in possession of my glasses which I need to read with. It was therefore read over to me by Detective Inspector HEARD.

On Thursday 080891 at my mother's house, the address of which is known to Police, I was shown my statement dated 070891 and now being in possession of my reading glasses, read over the statement, agreed that it was accurate, and signed the declaration and each page.
