AFFIDAVIT OF LISA BUCK
I, LISA BUCK (nee TAYLOR) of Flat 10, 174 Devonshire Road,
London, SE22 MAKE OATH and SAY as follows:-
1. I am the Second Plaintiff in these proceedings. I make
this Affidavit in support of an application for an interlocutory
injunction to restrain Patrick Bernard O'Mahoney from authorising
the reproduction of any copyright works of mine and from divulging
or using any confidential information communicated by me or
my sister, Michelle Taylor, to him which we believe has been
passed by Mr O'Mahoney to the News of the World and possibly
other newspapers. I have read the 1st and 2nd Affidavits of
my sister, Michelle Taylor.
2. I confirm that the contents of both of these Affidavits
are true to the best of my knowledge, information and belief.
Where these Affidavits refer to matters specifically within
my own knowledge I confirm them to be true.
3. Specifically I was never advised by my and Michelle's solicitor
to become a prosecution witness whether by the letter alleged,
which does not exist, or at all.
